Righto, I’m aware you may need Transderm Scope to view this image below; suffice it to say: I shot a wedding this weekend, and I’m playing with GIF-making.

Obviously I haven’t quite mastered the tween in Image Ready, but I amused myself nonetheless. Try your hand at it with a tutorial here.

ps. I don’t actually think it is a good idea to turn your bride into a GIF. I’m gonna stick with the good old triptych. But use the tutorial for more applicable images. Like miners, say.

  1. I like it, the images alone are sweet too.

  2. I’ll vote, “no GIF”. In the kindest, most sincere way.

  3. The triptych is much nicer. I especially like the middle image.

  5. Beautiful photos by the way – the lighting is subtle but magical. Do you mind my asking how they were lit?

  6. Gifs are neat. Was just playing with them as well – so here’s my stab at it – http://www.brandonremler.com/wtc.gif
Glad to have your continued blogging as well!

  7. Neat, but like darl I much prefer the tritych. Maybe lingering longer on each image and a quicker fade inbetween them. It’d be like a miniature focused slideshow. Hmm, that’s not a bad idea actually.
