So I’m innocently reading about egg sandwiches in New York Magazine and I turn the page, and HOLY MARY ETC ETC, there are 35 babies hanging out with a Mohel. I know from this a little, having attended more bris ceremonies than I would like to recall. (one, actually. but they were twins, so it was double tortuous.)
Anyway, I see this picture, and I think How Did They Make This Picture, it must be a photo ill. And I looked for the credit and it was a real live picture, made by Mr. Andrew Eccles, the poor soul.
And then some googly woogly magic, etc etc, and here is a video of the whole thing. ta-da. Enjoy!
Anybody else would have shot babies one at a time on a black background and done the whole thing in post. The NY Mag way was truly brave!
