APB Fundraising Drive! With Donuts and Goldfish Prints!

| More

Guys, it’s an exciting day here at A Photography Blog. It’s our (first) annual fundraising drive! Hold on, I am channeling Ira Glass. Here is what I have to say:

“Do you come to A Photography Blog a few days a week, even a few days a month to get some photography news? What is that worth to you? What if it no longer existed? Your blog stewardess toils only for your happiness. Give what you can today.”

Oof, that was fun. So here’s the thing: I have something to give you in return. Sadly, it’s not a Nina Tottenbag. It is a Goldfish!

You see, there’s a dangerous scarcity of Goldfish imagery available for your wall. I searched and searched for good Goldfish imagery, and while the results were cuddly, I do not want them on my wall.

But this, THIS!! This I want on my wall: Don’t you?

The sales from Goldfish will help support APB. If all goes well, we may be back next year with “Lobster photo for my wall”.

Don’t miss out on Goldfish. Get one for your wall today.

IF you have a Goldfish aversion, don’t worry, you can still Donut Donate to APB!

You can give a little:

Or you can give a lot:
If you want to give a TON, I will personally deliver donuts to you. Any flavor. THANK YOU READERS.

Now, for our photo of the day, from this week’s New Yorker. Paul Krugman and family, by Tina Barney.

It somehow seemed applicable.

  1. Fundraising for non profit can now be done using the power of the internet.it is the easiest, least costly, and least time consuming to implement

  2. Can I donate and receive a chocolate donut with 1/4 sprinkles like the shot above? I’ll even send a self addressed pre-paid envelope so you can ship it to me.

  3. Beautiful photography! We had a Goldfish which we won at a funfair back in the mid 1990s. It is still going strong, over a foot long and has been named Jaws by my three children as it kills off any other fish my father decides to add to the pond!
