One of my compadres posted Nicolai Howalt’s series of Car Crash Studies on TPP’s Facebook a few weeks back and I was really astounded. I think not least because I think of Howalt’s work as breezy and serious like his How to Hunt series, and not so intense and formal.

I’ve also been thinking about car crashes a lot recently for some reason, I don’t know why. And this work brings to mind for me A Clockwork Orange. I also don’t know why.

In any case, have a look. I think they’re brilliant.
