This whole Wikileaks business is starting to feel a bit like a Stieg Larsson plot. I woke up this morning to two Julian Assange images, one from The Times, and one from Mr. Toledano on Facebook. See if you can tell which is which.

The WikiLeaks founder Julian Assange was driven into Westminster Magistrates Court in London on Tuesday/ Stefan Rousseau/Press Association, via Associated Press
Right, that wasn’t very hard. Here is what Mr. Toledano had to say about his shoot for The New Yorker:
“I shot Julian Assange this summer and took his photograph– he’s a revolutionary, make no mistake, and a very nice man… not to mention the subject of an international witch hunt.”

While we’re here, I thought I’d share some more Toledano editorial work. It’s fun and clean and good.

Thanks for sharing Mr. Toledano’s work; I wasn’t familiar with it. That Business Week image is excellent and suggests such a narrative. The Best Life image is just fun. I do appreciate some surreality in photos on occasion.
Best,
Troy
What a sham…a total witchhunt. Big Brother hates when the truth is spoken!
I agree with Troy above, I absolutely love the business week image, and the rest are amazing as well!
Thank you for sharing.
